Books by Rose LLC is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.

The standard

The site is built toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. I review the site periodically, fix issues as I find them, and consider accessibility when adding new pages or features. There may still be areas of the site that fall short — if you find one, I want to hear about it.

Third-party content

Some content on the site (for example, embedded video or third-party tools) is provided by external services and may not fully conform to the same accessibility standards. I do my best to choose third-party providers that share this commitment to accessibility.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or have a suggestion for improvement, please email hello@bookkeepingbyrose.com. Please include the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using (if any). I'll respond promptly and work to resolve the issue.
